Vinyl Siding Washing
Vinyl cleans up well with the right low-pressure technique — the real risk is water forced behind the panels, not the material itself.
Why technique matters on vinyl
Vinyl is durable, but panels overlap with small gaps, and high pressure aimed the wrong way forces water behind them. That leads to trapped moisture and mold growth you can't see until it's a much bigger problem.
Our process
We clean top-down at controlled low pressure and the correct angle, using a detergent that lifts algae and grime chemically rather than blasting it off.
Common issues we see
Green algae streaking near ground level and in shaded corners, chalking and oxidation on older panels, and general dulling from years of dust and pollen.
Frequently asked
Can soft washing fade my vinyl?
No. Soft washing removes buildup sitting on top of the vinyl; it doesn't strip the material's color.
How often should vinyl be washed?
Annually for most homes; twice a year under heavy tree cover or on shaded elevations.
