How we approached it
Fixtures get hand attention rather than a spray pass: the glass, the frame, the mounting plate and the wall behind it. Nothing under pressure near an electrical fitting. The eave, trim and entry area around it were cleaned at the same time so the finished result is consistent rather than a clean fixture on a dirty wall.

Clean glass and frame with the cobwebbing and nesting removed rather than pushed around, and the surrounding trim matching. This is included in our house wash work rather than quoted separately — it is a small part of the job that makes the biggest difference at the front door.

Habid just finished soft washing outside of house and washing windows including outside porch and banisters. My house is a single story, 1915 CA craftsman's house. I hired him because he I had the option of a non pressurized wash. Because my house is old, I didn't want to use too much pressure. He is meticulous and provided a fair price for all the work he did. No damage at all to the stucco or wood from the washing. It turned out great! I see he does other soft and pressurized cleaning. I will most likely be hiring him again for my sidewalk and brick patios.
