Gutter Cleaning Before the Rains
BeforeAfterThe problem
A full gutter run packed solid with decomposed leaves, seed pods and compacted organic debris — enough that there was no visible channel left. Gutters in this condition do not overflow occasionally, they overflow in the first serious storm, sending water down the siding and pooling it at the foundation. The packed material was also wet and heavy enough to start pulling on the fasteners.
How we approached it
Cleared by hand rather than blown out, so debris ends up in a bag instead of across the landscaping and the roof below. Downspouts were flushed afterward to confirm they actually drain — a clear-looking gutter with a blocked downspout is still a blocked gutter. We checked the fastener line and seams while we were up there.
The result
Clear channel down to the metal, downspouts running freely, and the debris hauled away. This was done ahead of the wet season, which is the point: the autumn appointment prevents the problem, while cleaning in January cleans up after it.

What customers say
I hired Peninsula Exterior Care to wash the roof and the entire exterior of my house in San Francisco, including all the walls, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Habib was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The roof looks clean, the exterior walls look almost new, and the whole house has a fresh, well-maintained appearance.
If you're looking for house washing, roof cleaning, or exterior house cleaning in San Francisco, I highly recommend Peninsula Exterior Care. Habib explained the process, worked carefully, and left everything spotless. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely use Peninsula Exterior Care again and recommend Habib to anyone who wants high-quality exterior cleaning.
Habid just finished soft washing outside of house and washing windows including outside porch and banisters. My house is a single story, 1915 CA craftsman's house. I hired him because he I had the option of a non pressurized wash. Because my house is old, I didn't want to use too much pressure. He is meticulous and provided a fair price for all the work he did. No damage at all to the stucco or wood from the washing. It turned out great! I see he does other soft and pressurized cleaning. I will most likely be hiring him again for my sidewalk and brick patios.
